Meet the Artist

Founded in 2016 by Kaleb Dameron, BeautyBoiz is a Pacific Northwest–based artist collective dedicated to bold event curation and the long-term growth of artists’ careers. Created in response to a lack of inclusive, equitable creative spaces, BeautyBoiz quickly established itself as a platform where diversity in programming and fair, transparent compensation are prioritized.

Over the past decade, the BeautyBoiz Collective has worked to raise industry standards, from production quality to artist pay, using its mission as a constant north star. BeautyBoiz has collaborated with leading organizations including the Seattle Art Museum, Pride Northwest, Seattle PrideFest, and Intiman Theatre, leaving a lasting impact on performance communities across the Pacific Northwest and beyond.

Purple Lemonade Collective is a Seattle-based dance and performance collective rooted in empowerment, expression, and shared creative power. Founded in 2016 as a way for artists to stop waiting for permission and start building together, Purple Lemonade emerged from the desire to create space: space to move, to feel powerful, to be seen, and to be celebrated.

Led by Artistic Director Carlos Vidal, the collective values community over hierarchy, expression over polish, and collaboration over competition. Purple Lemonade’s work lives at the intersection of cabaret, nightlife, and performance art, creating immersive experiences that feel bold, alive, and deeply connected to the moment. At its core, Purple Lemonade exists to make people feel confidence, release, and maybe even permission to take up more room in their own lives.

Kaleb (he/him) is a creative force and culture curator with over a decade of experience shaping queer nightlife, performance art, and cultural movements across the Pacific Northwest. As Founder and Creative Director of BeautyBoiz, Kaleb has produced daring, inclusive events that amplify LGBTQIA+ voices — from large-scale Pride festivals to underground performances and multimedia campaigns that put queer visibility at the center of the conversation. Known for raising the bar in pay equity and authentic inclusion, Kaleb mentors emerging producers and uses disruption as a tool to challenge cultural norms. His work pushes beyond celebration, turning art and performance into sharp instruments for protest and transformation, envisioning a more liberated, beautiful world for queer communities everywhere.

Carlos Vidal is from Paraguay. He began dancing at a young age, training in ballet, jazz, hip hop, and Latin rhythms in Paraguay and Argentina through scholarships earned in dance competitions. In 2013, he was named Breakthrough Dancer at one of Paraguay’s most important dance competitions. From there, he specialized in jazz, reggaeton, and hip hop, completing his professional training as a dancer.

Carlos has performed across a wide range of stages, including the Hip Hop Competition in San Diego, Miss Washington Latina, Pride festivals in Seattle, Portland, and Tacoma, and the Moore Theatre. He has also collaborated with local drag artists as a dancer and contributed original choreography to their shows. Deeply connected to his culture, Carlos also created his own group, Papi Siii, which has shared similar stages, particularly at Pride events.

Ron (he/him) is a Seattle-based creative director, choreographer, and performer known for pushing the limits of performance art. He has created pieces for Pacific Northwest Ballet (PNB), Seattle Art Museum, Seattle Pridefest, Alexander McQueen, and the New Museum. In 2016 Ron co-founded Purple Lemonade with Kristen Puckhaber. Together, they lead the dynamic dance company known for its fusion of hip-hop, contemporary, and house dance. Purple Lemonade is a key part of The Hotel Gatsby, where their performances bring powerful storytelling to life. Their innovative approach continues to shape Seattle’s art and dance community.

Asher Delaney-Hanna is a Seattle-based designer and producer who has been an active member of BeautyBoiz since 2023. A graduate of NYU Tisch, Asher has been producing and managing creative projects in Seattle since 2016, after closing a decade-long chapter as an actor in Seattle & NYC. A passionate educator, they dedicate a portion of each year to providing design services & education at Nathan Hale & Ballard high school.

César Pinzon is a queer Latinx immigrant dancer, actor, choreographer, and performance artist. In November of 2020 he moved to Seattle, Washington where he rediscovered his passion for dance. As a dancer and burlesque artist he is drawn to the concept that dance need not be something that is rooted only in rhythm or beats or flow but instead is anything that is rooted in life. Which is why Dance is his main passion, because it’s the one art form that he feels truly allows you to express emotions and feelings that we normally don’t allow ourselves too.

Jenna (Daiquiri Doll) has been performing in the Seattle area for over 15 years. Her career has spanned stage, musical theater, festival, and video productions. She enjoys combining elements of different styles, such as jazz, hip hop, heels, and burlesque, into her dancing. When she’s not on stage she’s enjoying the magical chaos of motherhood with her two curious kids.
