GOALS AND COMMUNITY PARTNERS
The American Cycle Goals
Produce Great Art through ambitious, large-scale productions of plays and adaptations of classic literature, telling stories of substance and scale and providing artists with the creative opportunities of a lifetime.
Cultivate Curiosity through a deep exploration of classic stories that help us seek out new ways of looking at the world, ask complex questions and consider who we are, who we have been and who we might become.
Advocate for Literacy through critical thought and intellectual engagement, and stimulate personal discovery of big ideas through the reading of great literature and unique educational opportunities for students and multi-generational audiences.
Encourage an Informed Citizenry and an active democracy through participation in the arts, and through discussion and debate in forums to be convened at INTIMAN and throughout our region.
Understand Interconnectedness through an inclusive conversation about American values and our national heritage, recognizing that as individuals we are part of a local community, connected to a larger national and global network.
