Where do I park? How much does parking cost?
Parking in the area is available at a number of surface lots as well as the Mercer Street Garage located across the street from McCaw Hall. Rates range between $5 and $12 based on daily events at Seattle Center. Handicapped parking is available on August Wilson Way (lot 6) between INTIMAN and the Seattle Repertory Theatre.

What happens if I'm late to a show?
Late seating is not guaranteed. If you arrive late, you will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. You may not be able to sit in your assigned seats until intermission.

Is the theatre accessible to persons with disabilities?
Yes, INTIMAN is fully accessible to persons with disabilities. If you require wheelchair-accessible seating please contact the Ticket Office at 206.269.1900. Parking for those with disabilities is available on August Wilson Way (lot 6) between INTIMAN and the Seattle Repertory Theatre.

Does the theatre have listening devices?
Headsets for hearing-impaired patrons are available for every performance and can be checked out at the Concierge Desk.

May I bring my children to the theatre?
For each of our shows we have a recommended minimum age for those attending. For most plays this recommended minimum age is between 12 and 14, with the exception of our annual holiday performance of Black Nativity where a younger audience is encouraged. As a courtesy to all those in attendance, there are no babes in arms allowed in the theatre and no one under the age of four will be admitted to any performance at INTIMAN.  Everyone entering the theatre must have a ticket. Do all shows have an intermission?
Depending on the length of the show, there is usually at least one fifteen minute intermission. Longer shows may have more than one intermission. For information on the length of a show and the number of intermissions, please see our lobby displays when you enter the theatre, or call the Ticket Office at 206.269.1900.

What is the dress code at INTIMAN?
With the exception of Opening Nights, which are more formal occasions, INTIMAN does not have a dress code. Patrons are welcome to dress up or dress down. For your own enjoyment of the performance, our recommendation is that you dress comfortably and enjoy the INTIMAN experience.

Do you have a restaurant at the theatre?
There is no restaurant at our theatre, although there are many in our neighborhood.  We offer a few sandwiches, salads, snacks and desserts.  We have a full bar in our upper lobby where you can lounge in one of our comfortable chairs or couches.  If you would like to pre-order a box dinner you may contact Gretchen’s Shoebox Express at 206.623.8194 or www.gretchensshoebox.com and your meal will be waiting for you prior to your scheduled performance.

What's your policy on cameras, pagers and cell phones in the theatre?
Photographic or recording equipment are not allowed in the theatre. In consideration of other patrons and the performers on stage we ask that all pagers, cell phones, and watch alarms be turned off before the show.

How can I be contacted in case of emergency?
If you need to leave an emergency phone number with a babysitter or a relative please use 206.728.9842. Be sure to give them your seat location and the name your tickets are under. This phone number will be available immediately prior to and during performances.
