PRODUCTION JOB OPPORTUNITIES
COSTUME MANAGER
Intiman Theatre seeks a Costume Manager for the remainder of our 2009 season. This non-union position will manage the on-site costume shop and work closely with all Production Department managers/heads. Duties include scheduling; hiring of costume shop staff; payroll and purchasing paperwork; and facilitating smooth load-in, run and strike of shows in conjunction with Wardrobe Supervisor. Successful candidate will have excellent communication skills; costume construction knowledge; supervisory and/or management experience; and the ability and willingness to work well with directors, designers, actors and costume shop staff. MARKETING JOB OPPORTUNITIES
TICKET OFFICE MANAGER
Intiman Theatre seeks a ticketing professional to oversee the daily operations of the Ticket Office. Responsibilities include supervision of department staff (hiring, training and scheduling) with emphasis on customer service and up-selling sales techniques. Also assists the marketing department with development and implementation of discreet ticket promotions. Qualified applicants will have strong management, interpersonal, communication, organizational and computer skills and 2 years of Ticket Office management or equivalent experience. Tessitura or equivalent computer ticketing systems experience required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Position open until filled. Internships
Intiman does not have a formal internship program - however, we do accept resumes and cover letters on an ongoing basis and will occasionally agree to informal, unpaid internships in our administrative and artistic departments, based on current need. We are unable to accept production or technical interns at this time, including acting and design work of all types. We encourage anyone who is interested to send in the following materials to jobs@intiman.org:

- Any additional materials that you feel may be applicable, including: writing samples, projected work schedule and availability, etc.
We also encourage you to be proactive in the format of your internship, helping to design a program that appeals to your skill set, experience level and time commitment. If you have a staff member in mind that you would like to "shadow" or otherwise support, please mention that person by name. |

Volunteer opportunities:
- Providing support for special events such as Intiman's annual gala.
- Providing administrative support for the Development and Marketing departments.
- Stuffing envelopes for mailings.
- Ushering. Scheduling opportunities are limited for new ushers, but we are always adding to our 'on-call' fill-in usher list.
