Thank you for your interest in INTIMAN Theatre. Please read the following ticket policies closely in order to have the best experience possible.
Single Tickets
All single ticket purchases are final. INTIMAN does not offer refunds, donations, or exchanges for single tickets.
Subscriptions
Subscription ticket prices include a ticket to each play in your selected package, a subscriber discount, plus a $12 handling fee. Subscriptions will be processed in the order in which they are received. New subscribers will be seated following renewing subscribers. Exchanges are not possible at renewal time. Once you receive your tickets you may exchange them for other dates at no charge for comparably priced dates. All sales final. Sorry, no refunds on individual productions.
If You Lose Your Tickets
Don’t worry. Just call us at 206.269.1900 and we’ll hold a lost ticket voucher for you at Will Call. If you are in a group, please indicate your seat number.
Production Related Changes
Plays, artists, dates and times are subject to change.
If You’re Late for a Performance
Latecomers will not be seated until intermission. Closed-circuit TV monitors are available in the lobby to watch the performance while you wait for a late seating break. Please check your tickets for performance time and arrive early to allow extra time for parking.
Parking
Parking passes do not guarantee spots on busy dates; please arrive early to secure a spot.
If You Require Special Seating or Other Assistance
Please call us at least 24 hours prior to the performance. The INTIMAN Playhouse is accessible for persons with disabilities. Audio enhanced infrared listening systems are available at all performances.
Statute of Limitations
Issues related to ticketing or seating must be filed within 72 hours following the ticketed performance. All ensuing actions must be rectified within 7 days of the ticketed performance.
