INTIMAN Theatre is a Tony Award winning theatre (2006) with top level artistic productions, as well as a sustained and passionate belief in community impact and relationships. INTIMAN operates with $6 million operating budget. This position’s focus is on strategic planning, community position and branding, fundraising, management and operations. Qualified candidates will have significant leadership experience with demonstrable impact on aligning an organization’s artistic and financial capacity, prior working relationships with major artists and a belief in the importance of community engagement. Seeking assertive, creative, detail oriented individual to join INTIMAN Theatre’s Marketing Department. Principal responsibilities include working with Marketing Director to develop and implement sales strategies for single and group ticket sales to meet earned revenue goals, procure in-kind food and beverages for marketing promotions, implement new media strategies and provide overall support to marketing department. Qualified candidates will have strong organization and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency, especially in MS Office applications.
